Shipping Charge Way Too High

The quality of the greeting cards is decent, and if you look at their sales, you can find some items at good prices. You have to fold the cards in half yourself though, but they are scored to make folding easy. My complaint though is in the delivery. The cost is expensive, and on top of the high shipping charge, there is an additional carrier charge! I ship things with FedEx often enough that I know that what I paid for shipping should have been enough to get my package to me in 3-4 days. Instead, it took 10 days, in part because it spent 5 days at a facility in KS. It's not the end of the world, but the price was too high for the service rendered.

Current catalog

Ok I remember when I had ordered something for 17 dollars it was shipping included they had took the money off the card plus the transaction fee twice which was 1.50 so that's 3 dollars the money was tooken off and they never did refund it for not sending anything and how it happened twice was the first time I ordered it had got canceled so I reput it and they took the other 1.50 off like 4 months later they sent a catalog but it wasn't the calendar I ordered

Current catalog lies about free shipping…

Current catalog lies about shipping surcharge - they send emails with free shipping offer then and a surcharge... none of my other companies have a shipping surcharge! Current is deceitful about this.

$10 Shipping... 2 weeks have passed... they still haven't even sent it out yet...

Placed an order that cost $13, shipping cost around $10, nearly doubling the price... you would think it'd be shipped in a pretty fair amount of time, yeah? Nope. If it was in transit, that's one thing, I can understand that, but no, they genuinely haven't even started shipping the order yet! 2 weeks have passed and I realized just how long its been since I placed the order, so just to confirm, I checked for an email I might've missed, nothing. Went to the website and used the track order button they have, no tracking info available, meaning they seriously just haven't even bothered to ship it out yet, and it honestly feels like I'm just getting scammed at this point. If I'm paying for the shipping, especially that much when its just standard shipping, I'd like to think it's at least gonna get sent out that same week. Don't think I'll ever be ordering from this website again...

Stay Away From This Company

I ordered $494.00 worth of product on 1/2/2022. Part of this order was timely items for Valentine's Day. I gave current 1 1/2 months to get my items on time. The original order said the delivery date would be 1/17/2022 to 1/21/2022. It is now 2/8/2022 and I still do not have my order. On February 2,2022 I received an e-mails saying my order has shipped still showing the delivery date of 1/17 - 1/21. Six days since it shipped, I still haven't received my order. I called current and spoke to an AJ who couldn't even tell me an expected delivery date. And to make matters worse, I asked to speak to a supervisor and AJ hung up on me. Also, may I add I am a Blue Ribbon Member who supposedly is to get some special treatment... will that is a farce. I will never, never order from current again. They don't care about their customers and if they hear of a problem apparently they hang up on the customer. Verify this with Current!

Current Catalog Quality has gone down hill, and is just NOT what it used to be.

Every year, soon after Christmas I order items for the next year. This year my order took 17 business days to arrive, well past other years. When I opened the large box, I found curling ribbon rolls jagged and broken with pieces in the bottom of the box, as they were NOT packed securely inside. Also the wrapping paper roll I received, the plastic did not cover the entire roll, so paper is exposed. There is not enough plastic to cover the whole thing. Late and no effort to secure their product is what they have accepted. NO EFFORT to ship appropriately. One of the wrapping papers - was shown with a light blue background with snowflakes, candy canes, reindeer, Santa, and Christmas trees on the website -it is dark green-blue, not exactly a winter wonderland - no wonder it was on sale.

Once great, not now

I got a flyer stating shipping $1.99 for orders over $40. I placed an order for approximately $160 (FOUR TIMES THAT). I was supposedly a rewards customer. They charged me $40+ for shipping. I have sent emails & pictures. To date not the courtesy of the call they said I'd get nor a credit for that GROSS shipping charge. In the past I used them alot & was happy. This is NOT my first large order recently. And to make matters worse, the box was packed SO TIGHT, 4 pkgs of cards are all rolled & unmailable as they can't go into the envelopes. Buyer Beware.

WARCH OUT FOR S&H COSTS

So I went to purchase 2 items. Total about $9.99.(weight of items combines under 2 Lbs) Went to check out and they were charging $7.99 PLUS AN EXTRA S&H (allegedly imposed by their shipping company) of $2.99... TOTAL S&H $10.98... MORE THAN MY 2 ITEMS. Oh but they can offer. 99 cent S&H for order of $40 or more... RIP OFF... Can probably find these 2 items at Amazon. Sorry Cirrent YOUVE LOST A CUSTOMER!

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would

Ordered checks 1-1/2 months ago and they haven't shipped yet. The customer service person had no idea when they will ship but refused to give me a refund. Don't be a fool, don't buy from this place. You will be sorry

Find a better option Stay away

Worst customer service around Ordered address labels and confirmed script and wording at end of order and they sent me blank labels Who the heck orders blank address labels Wouldn't make it right and told me deal with it Stay far away

What made you choose Current Catalog over similar businesses?

A:

Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!

The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
